  • Cindy Bailey MS, DPT, OCS, SCS, ATC, EMT

    Director of Education,

    Cindy Bailey, MS, DPT, OCS, SCS, ATC, EMT is a past Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice in the Dept. of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California and is currently Clinical Faculty at Mt. St. Mary’s Physical Therapy Doctorate program. She is the Director of Physical and Occupational Therapy at Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital (LAOH) and the Administrator of the LAOH Sports Care Outreach and Education program.

    Dr. Bailey continues in her private practice serving many care facilities across Los Angeles and consults outside the region. Cindy’s post graduate work has included an Advanced Residency at Kaiser West Los Angeles (KWLA) in Manual Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and a Fellowship at the Keck School of Medicine of USC in Medical Education Teaching and Learning. Her work at Orthopaedic Hospital has also taken her into the area of specialty care for patients with Hemophilia. Since 1997 Cindy has worked and traveled with the USC Ice Hockey team as their Certified Athletic Trainer and EMT.

    Dr. Bailey is a sought after speaker and educator including opportunities with Orthopaedic care of the Hemophilic patient on a regional and world conference level, “Introduction to Sports Injury and Certified Athletic Training” at Pepperdine University and Santa Monica College, “Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Residencies” at Kaiser West Los Angeles and USC Physical Therapy School, Keck School of Medicine “How to Conduct a Musculoskeletal Evaluation”, and “Doc on the Field” as well as community classes for high school and Little League coaches. With her Certified Athletic Training and Sports Specialty backgrounds she has been an invited practitioner to assist with the Pan Am Games and several U.S. Olympic Teams. She has also acted as a consultant to the Chinese Government for facility and health care needs during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Recently she has been invited Medical Staff for the 2009 World Figure Skating Championships as well as the 2009 Macabbi Games held in Israel.
    Dr. Bailey has collaborated to author several chapters and articles on “Uses of Tape as a Medical Modality.” Dr. Bailey is a past instructor with the Kinesiotex Taping Method and certified as a CKTPI twice. She has been teaching instructing clinicians in the use and strategies of Kinesiology Therapeutic Taping for 18 years. Due to her vast experience, she is considered one of the worlds’ leading instructors in Kinesiology, Leuko and Sports Taping techniques.

  • Dino del Mastro D.C.

    Director of Sports Medicine,

    Dr. Dino Del Mastro is the Director of Sports Medicine at GoTape and is a Doctor of Chiropractic working at a multidisciplinary sports medicine facility based out of Santa Clara and Los Gatos, CA. www.ptrsports.com Dr. Dino is Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner as well as a Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) where he was brought on in 2010 to teach Corrective Exercise Strategies courses (CES) all over the country as well as internationally at conferences.

    Dr. Dino currently is an avid competitor in Crossfit and trains locally at Crossfit Los Gatos. His athleticcareer began at a young age when he competed at a high level in both Wrestling and Judo. Dr. Dino’s career in Wrestling and Judo was sidelined in College after suffering 3ACL and Meniscus tears which required a total of 4 knee surgeries to repair. It was during this time that Dr. Dino first had his experience with Kinesiology tape which he used both for support on his low back as well as lymphatic drainage on his knee post surgically. After trying out and working with several different taping companies Dr. Dino began exclusively working with GoTape and preferred it both because of its texture which was easy on the skin as well as the durability of GoTape. As the Director of Sports Medicine at GoTape Dr. Dino is in charge of organizing his sports medicine team/staff for different sporting events and conferences including Bay to Breakers and The Golden State Crossfit Games. Dr. Dino can also be found at professional conferences and seminars speaking on behalf of GoTape and helping other health care practitioners reap the benefits of incorporating GoTape and GoTaping techniques in their practice.

    Dr. Nicholas Cruze is the lead Chiropractor at Cruze2Health Chiropractic. His background as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association has guided his approach to keeping the body strong and functional. His focus has been preventing overuse injuries among his patients. Dr. Cruze is a certified Active Release Provider which allows him the knowledge and knowhow needed to treat top performing athletes here in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an IronMan Athlete himself, he understands the importance of proper tissue quality and functional performance and looks forward to many more years of practicing and spreading proper health in our community.
